Overview:

This role is strategic, data-driven, and client-facing, ensuring Foley wins the right opportunities while supporting firm growth.
Responsibilities
Lead day‑to‑day management of the RFP/Proposal process from intake through submission.
Assess incoming RFPs to prioritize firm resources on the most strategic opportunities.
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with attorneys, lead partners, marketing, and firm management.
Develop proposal drafts, including writing, editing, and proofreading materials.
Provide template development, formatting assistance, and visual design support.
Ensure all proposal materials are error‑free, visually appealing, and aligned with client expectations and Foley’s differentiators.
Oversee production and submission coordination, tracking time and budgets.
Support follow‑up initiatives and track metrics on proposal and pitch activity.
Maintain strong relationships with lead partners and business development managers to support customized content development.
Assist in reviewing and updating standard materials in the content management system.
Provide training and support to the marketing team on proposal‑related needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
Seven (7) years of experience in marketing, business development, and/or communications required.
Law firm experience required.
Proficient with Microsoft Word; working knowledge of PowerPoint advanced features required.
Excellent verbal, written, and editing communication skills.
Familiarity with client relationship management systems, content management systems, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat is preferred.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation Ranges (Full Time – Senior Level):
Detroit, Milwaukee, Orlando, Salt Lake City, Tampa – $113,500 to $170,300
Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver – $124,900 to $187,300
Boston, Washington D.C. – $136,200 to $204,400
