Key Responsibilities Research and target healthcare prospects using outbound methods (calls, email, LinkedIn). Conduct high‑volume outreach to uncover pain points and communicate solution value. Build and nurture relationships through the full sales cycle with timely follow‑ups. Deliver tailored software demos that address client‑specific needs and compliance goals. Overcome objections, present compelling solutions, and win new business. Log all activity and progress using Salesforce, HubSpot, and outreach tools. Collaborate with partners to source new deals, educate them on MedPro’s offerings, and provide regular updates.

Required Qualifications 2+ years in full‑cycle sales, business development, or channel sales—preferably in healthcare IT, SaaS, or compliance‑focused environments. Proven ability to prospect, qualify, present, negotiate, and close sales opportunities in a quota‑carrying role. Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems to manage pipeline, tasks, and performance metrics. Effective time management, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience also considered. Ambition to move into a senior channel sales role within 12–18 months. Experience working with partners is a plus. Earning Potential: (OTE: $75,000–$100,000+) including uncapped commissions based on new partner acquisition and conversions.
