Lead Consultant – SAP S/4 Testing
Infosys is seeking a Lead Consultant to act as a validation and quality assurance expert for SAP S/4 testing. The role involves requirement analysis, test strategy design, and leading execution to deliver defect‑free solutions that meet client business needs.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; or three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education.
7+ years of Information Technology experience.
Authorized to work in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship.
Located within commuting distance of Rosemead, CA or Pomona, CA, or willing to relocate.
Ready to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Very strong understanding of S/4 HANA landscape and SAP ECC – FICO.
Hands‑on experience testing SAP Finance processes (AP, AR, corporate accounting, financial closure, regulatory & tax accounting).
Strong test management experience and understanding of testing lifecycle.
Experience managing SAP S/4 migration testing for large implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to define testing scope and objectives.
Proven ability to create key testing documents (test strategy, test plan, test schedule) and recommend approaches.
Daily status reporting, escalation handling, and input on critical capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with client and onsite‑offshore teams.
Good knowledge of MF ALM workflows.
Compensation & Benefits For candidates based out of Rosemead, CA, estimated annual compensation will be $96,713 to $132,661.
For candidates based out of Pomona, CA, estimated annual compensation will be $84,539 to $125,995.
