The AI Solutions Analyst will develop, test, and implement AI tools aimed at transforming the practice of law.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Liaise between users and developers to refine AI tools, build compelling use cases, and facilitate user training.
Assist with AI tool evaluations, pilot projects, and firm-wide deployments.
Stay abreast of legal tech issues and trends, focusing on generative AI.
Collaborate with Innovation team members, practice managers, and attorneys to leverage existing and emerging technologies for specific practice needs.
Work with key stakeholders to design and implement innovative technology and process solutions that integrate multiple platforms and tools.
Knowledge, Skills, and Capabilities
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a user base with varying levels of AI familiarity, ranging from novice to experienced.
Proven ability to translate user needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
Proven project management skills, with experience handling multiple, concurrent projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
Strong technical and analytical skills, with the demonstrated ability to create custom solutions.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree and/or any combination of experience, education, or training that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.
Experience within a large law firm or legal services provider strongly preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant professional experience; background in legal technology strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience using AI tools to produce work products in a professional setting.
Compensation Hiring Salary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00
