Position Overview As the
Senior Financial Analyst , you will take ownership of financial modeling and analysis across the organization. You will partner directly with the Managing Director to build and maintain high‑precision tools that support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and investment evaluation.
You will turn raw data into meaningful insights, develop flexible forecasting tools, monitor performance against plan, and help drive data‑informed decisions across the organization. You bring strong technical expertise in Excel and are comfortable using technology to automate reporting, streamline modeling processes, and connect data across systems.

Key Responsibilities Financial Modeling and Forecasting
Build, maintain, and improve dynamic Excel models for cash flow forecasting, scenario planning, and operational tracking
Develop store‑level and consolidated forecasts, with sensitivity toggles and driver‑based assumptions
Structure financial tools that support proactive decision‑making and day‑to‑day performance management
Budgeting and Variance Analysis
Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts
Track performance against budget and generate monthly variance analysis
Identify cost trends, operational inefficiencies, and margin drivers
Loan Covenant and Compliance Reporting
Maintain accurate models to monitor financial covenant compliance across multiple lending facilities
Prepare lender‑ready financial reports and support documentation
Proactively flag risks and support mitigation planning
Investment and Strategic Analysis
Build and evaluate financial models for new investments, acquisitions, and capital projects
Develop concise financial summaries and visualizations that translate complex models into actionable insights for leadership
Assist in evaluating potential growth opportunities, capital deployment strategies, and financial risks across the portfolio
Systems and Automation
Automate recurring reports and streamline file management using available tools and scripts
Connect models with accounting, POS, and HR systems to improve reliability and timeliness
Support dashboarding or visualization tools to help communicate key metrics to stakeholders
Qualifications
3 to 8 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles
Experience with Python, Power BI, VBA, SQL, or similar tools for automation and analysis is a strong plus
Experience supporting multi‑location operations or franchised businesses preferred
Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting principles, and operating metrics
Highly organized, deadline‑oriented, and detail‑driven
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s a plus)
