How you’ll make an impact
Perform analyses of Computed Tomography (CT), Transesophageal Echo (TEE), and Transthoracic Echo (TTE) imaging modalities to support field team and health care professionals for commercial case planning evaluations.
Perform imaging analyses (CT, TEE, TTE) for case planning purposes, prepare comprehensive reports, and provide expert assessments on device implantation feasibility to the field team based on specific anatomical characteristics and measurements.
Identify gaps and provide recommendations on CT and/or TEE acquisition process improvements.
Provide training to field team members and health care providers on imaging acquisition and interpretation, as well as offer guidance for implementing case planning strategies.
Develop and deliver training materials focused on image analyses, tailored to meet the needs of key internal and external stakeholders such as field support teams and physicians.
Responsible for tracking case planning process through multiple technical platforms in partnership with the analyst team, field team, sales operations, information technology, and external stakeholders.
Responsible for entering case planning measurement data into CRM software.
Support the implementation of quality assurance procedures and contribute to ongoing process enhancements for team members, including field teams.
Engage in knowledge transfer sessions with the field team to review complex cases and identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
What you’ll need (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree in a related scientific or technical field +3 years previous in‑hospital clinical echocardiography experience; Associate’s Degree or equivalent in a related field +5 years previous in‑hospital clinical echocardiography experience
RDCS (Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer) through ARDMS or RCS (Registered Cardiac Sonographer) through CCI required
What else we look for (Preferred)
Advanced Cardiac Sonographer (ACS) certification through CCI
Previous industry experience
Interventional echo‑navigation imaging experience, particularly 3D TEE & MPR
Strong understanding of cardiac structures in 3D space
Previous experience analyzing and interpreting TEE MPR imaging
Substantial knowledge of relevant imaging equipment operation (e.g., 2D or 3D TTE/TEE/ICE, CT, etc.)
Fundamental knowledge of CT imaging concepts
Proficient in imaging analysis software (e.g., TomTec, 3Mensio, EchoPac, Circle VI, etc.)
Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical thinking skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
Substantial knowledge and understanding of principles, theories, and concepts relevant to cardiovascular imaging
Able to effectively guide and instruct other imaging specialists in clinical settings on effective imaging equipment operation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requires strong diplomacy, influencing and relationship management skills
Strict attention to detail
Must be able to work in a team environment, fostering collaboration between inter‑departmental teams, HCPs and KOLs
Knowledge of and adherence to Edwards Environmental Health and Safety and Quality guidelines

The base pay range for this position is $85,000 to $120,000 (highly experienced).
