Real Estate Associate
for its growing
Houston office .
The firm has a strong reputation in
real estate and construction law , acting for a broad range of clients including developers, contractors, property owners, investors, and lenders. The team is well established and offers a

The Role: The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners on a broad range of
commercial real estate transactions , including:
Acquisitions and dispositions
Commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial)
Title and survey review
Real estate finance and development matters
Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, easements, leases, and related real property documentation
Requirements:
3+ years’ real estate transactional experience from a reputable law firm
Strong drafting and negotiation skills
Experience with commercial transactions, including leasing and title/survey work
Texas Bar admission (or ability to waive in)
A team-oriented attitude with the ability to run matters with partner support
