Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Commercial Real Estate Transaction Attorney

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects. This role requires exceptional drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills, with a focus on delivering efficient, high-quality legal solutions in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in all phases of commercial real estate transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, leases, joint ventures, and financing arrangements. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents such as contracts, loan documents, title and survey objections, easements, and closing documents. Conduct and oversee due diligence, including title and survey review, zoning analysis, and environmental assessments. Advise clients on risk management, regulatory compliance, and real estate development issues. Coordinate and close transactions, working closely with clients, opposing counsel, title companies, lenders, and other stakeholders. Support litigation or dispute resolution teams as needed on matters involving real estate issues. Maintain strong relationships with clients and participate in business development activities. Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school; active license in Texas required. 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate law, with a focus on transactional work. Proven ability to manage multiple complex transactions with minimal supervision. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Excellent communication, client service, and organizational abilities. Familiarity with commercial lending, development, and construction-related issues is highly desirable. Preferred Experience

Experience representing institutional investors, developers, lenders, and property owners. Knowledge of real estate tax issues, land use, and entitlement processes. Exposure to multi-family, retail, industrial, or mixed-use projects. Compensation and Benefits
