Job Overview We are representing a highly respected, full-service business law firm in Houston seeking a Transactional Real Estate Attorney to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will work directly with sophisticated clients, developers, and investors on complex, high-value transactions across Texas and beyond. This is a tremendous opportunity to handle a broad range of real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing for commercial, industrial, and mixed‑use projects.

Salary Base pay range: $175,000 – $240,000 per year.

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, easements, and development documents.

Structure and manage complex real estate and corporate transactions.

Advise clients on entity formation, financing, and regulatory matters.

Conduct due diligence and coordinate closings with lenders, title companies, and counterparties.

Work closely with firm partners and clients to ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in Texas.

4–10 years of real estate transactional experience (commercial focus preferred).

Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple matters and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
