Power Platform Specialist Developer
Location: Asheville, NC – Onsite Duration: One month short‑term project We are seeking a highly experienced Power Platform Specialist Developer with 10–12 years of hands‑on expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high‑performance business solutions using the Power Platform. Key Responsibilities
Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven). Automate workflows and business processes using Power Automate. Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, Azure, and third‑party systems. Define solution architecture and best practices for Power Platform implementations. Lead the design of scalable and maintainable applications aligned with enterprise standards. Lead and mentor a team of developers and analysts. Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Power Platform; recommend and implement improvements to existing solutions and processes. Required Skills & Qualifications
10–12 years of overall experience in Power Platform development. Deep expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven), Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows), Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Azure Logic Apps. Strong understanding of solution architecture, data modeling, and integration patterns. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ALM for Power Platform. Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder communication skills. Microsoft certifications in Power Platform (e.g., PL‑400, PL‑600) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to Power BI, AI Builder, and Power Virtual Agents. Knowledge of Azure services, Dynamics 365, and custom connectors.
