Cerity Partners

as a Wealth Planner in our Louisville office. The role supports a Wealth Advisor in delivering comprehensive wealth management strategies that align with clients’ goals and values.

Primary Responsibilities

Assist the advisory team with onboarding new clients: customize standard contracts, obtain required forms, coordinate custodian processing.

Manage cash transfers, wires, data maintenance, and trading as needed.

Process account openings, deposit electronic checks, and perform custodial tasks.

Proactively interact with clients to create an outstanding client experience.

Schedule and conduct client meetings; prepare meeting materials and forms.

Assist with timely completion of all client transaction requests.

Analyze and input client data into financial planning software.

Build independent research and financial plans for prospective clients.

Develop client recommendations with the Wealth Advisor’s assistance.

Maintain the CRM system (Salesforce) and utilize eMoney planning software.

Ongoing maintenance and quality control of CRM.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Credentials

Bachelor’s degree.

Series 65 (obtain within 3 months of hire).

0–2+ years of financial planning, estate planning, and/or tax planning/preparation experience.

Pursuing or attained a CFP®.

Skills & Competencies

Independent client communication.

Training and mentoring Client Service Associates.

Develop wealth planning and investment recommendations; present them to clients.

Proficient with eMoney and Salesforce.

Exceptional problem‑solving; organized and able to prioritize work proactively.

Thrives in a fast‑paced, changing environment.

Build and maintain relationships with potential and current clients.

Commitment to ethical client service.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Lifting up to 15 pounds at times.

Additional Requirements

Travel required for in‑person paid training in Louisville, KY.

Training begins July and lasts 4 weeks.
