Full‑time (40 hours per week). Salary: $52,500 plus $2,000 on‑call; $54,500 plus $2,000 on‑call for bilingual positions.

Job Summary As a Family Intervention Specialist, you will provide individualized family sessions in home and community settings to maintain safety and support youth. Working with a caseload of approximately five families, you will deliver an average of three face‑to‑face sessions per week, aiming to divert youth from out‑of‑home placements and strengthen the family unit.
What You Will Do
Provide individualized family sessions in the home and community
Manage a caseload of five families
Meet families face‑to‑face three times per week for support and strengthening of the family unit
Attend required meetings (group supervision, clinical consultation, individual development) for program adherence and professional development
Complete documentation: bi‑weekly treatment plans, weekly session notes, and ongoing clinical assessments
Advocate for families within involved systems, such as CP&P, and gather information for intervention development
Collaborate with DCP&P staff to address family needs and strengthen the family system
Provide after‑hours support via on‑call schedule and respond to crisis situations as needed
What We Need To See
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
or Bachelor’s degree in social services with at least one year of related counseling or case management experience
Valid driver’s license insured by the agency’s automobile insurance
