Airlock Digital seeks a dynamic, disciplined, resilient, results‑oriented Channel Manager to manage our relationship with CDW, one of our most critical channel partners in the US enterprise market. The Channel Manager will also manage other strategic partners in our ecosystem. Key Responsibilities
Execute regional channel sales strategies to increase revenue through reseller and distribution partners. Develop and manage strategic reseller relationships, ensuring alignment with Airlock Digital’s business objectives. Implement partner enablement programs, providing training, certifications, and sales tools to maximize effectiveness. Drive pipeline acceleration and deal registration, ensuring partners are engaged in high‑value opportunities. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop co‑selling initiatives, lead‑generation programs, and joint marketing campaigns. Manage market development funds (MDF) and incentives to drive reseller participation and sales success. Support partner onboarding and activation, ensuring a smooth ramp‑up and continuous engagement. Track partner performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities and optimizing channel program effectiveness. Align with global channel strategy, ensuring consistency in messaging, program execution, and go‑to‑market motions. Represent Airlock Digital at regional partner events, industry trade shows, and networking forums to strengthen market presence. Required Skills & Qualifications
7+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within the cybersecurity or SaaS industry. Proven ability to drive revenue growth through reseller and distributor partnerships. Strong background in partner enablement, go‑to‑market alignment, and channel sales execution. Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize partner success. Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze partner performance and refine strategies accordingly. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Experience working with partner relationship management (PRM) tools and sales enablement platforms. Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field. What We Offer
