@HYVE Solutions, missions to help customers, business partners, and employees achieve success through shared goals, strategies, resources and technology solutions.The Network Product Line Manager (PLM) is responsible for defining, developing, and managing the lifecycle of network products and solutions—including switches, routers, optics, and network management software. This role bridges business, engineering, and operations teams to ensure that network products meet market needs, deliver exceptional performance, and align with the company’s strategic goals. The PLM will drive product strategy, roadmap development, and execution across hardware and software components used in hyperscale, cloud, and AI/ML infrastructure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life for data center and enterprise networking products. Define product strategy, competitive positioning, and pricing in collaboration with executive leadership. Translate customer requirements, market trends, and technology innovations into detailed product specifications and roadmaps. Work closely with engineering, hardware architecture, and supply chain teams to guide product design, validation, and release. Analyze market dynamics, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies (e.g., 800G Ethernet, AI fabric interconnects, SDN/NFV, and optical interconnects). Develop go-to-market plans, sales enablement tools, and training materials for field and channel teams. Manage product P&L, ensuring financial performance targets are achieved. Act as the primary product advocate at customer briefings, industry events, and internal strategy reviews. Collaborate with key partners, OEMs, and ecosystem vendors to develop integrated solutions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field (Master’s preferred). 7 years of experience in product management, product marketing, or network hardware development. Understanding of Ethernet switching, routing protocols, and data center networking architectures. Experience with merchant silicon (Broadcom, Intel, Marvell, Nvidia, etc.) and switch software stacks (SONiC, NX-OS, EOS, etc.). Strong business acumen with experience managing product profitability, pricing, and lifecycle. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, technically complex environment. Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills. Preferred Experience
Background in hyperscale or cloud infrastructure environments. Experience with AI/ML networking workloads and high-performance interconnects (InfiniBand, Ethernet with RoCEv2).
