Our clients are seeking an experienced Employment Attorney with a strong background in Wage & Hour, PAGA, and FEHA matters to join a dynamic California-based team. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility, high-level case exposure, and opportunities for professional growth. The ideal candidate will bring at least 3+ years of employment law experience and a proven ability to manage complex cases independently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a diverse caseload of employment litigation matters, including wage & hour class actions, PAGA claims, and FEHA disputes.
Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
3+ years of experience in employment law, with focus on Wage & Hour, PAGA, and FEHA.
Trial experience is a plus but not required.
Salary and Other Compensation The annual salary for this position is between $200k – $250k. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
