We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and be a strategic partner to our Engineering hiring managers. In this role, you will be responsible for finding and hiring the world-class engineers who build our core platform, based in our New York City headquarters.
This is a hybrid role working from our NYC office. You will report to a Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle talent acquisition across our R&D teams in the US, including internal hiring processes
Build creative sourcing strategies tailored to the specific needs for each role and team, bringing diverse talent with experience building product that impacts millions of customers
Build high-trust relationships with hiring managers and interviewers alike; driving search progress while supporting SWE pipelines
Develop a deep understanding of the impact, goals, processes, culture, and skill sets needed of hiring teams to co-author job postings, and craft recruitment strategies, and communicate with candidates
Build and maintain a white-glove search experience for hiring managers and candidates while leveraging BrightHire, Greenhouse, and reporting to scale your practice
Bring your unique approach to building candidate and hiring manager relationships while representing Squarespace’s brand and culture
Maintain accurate and detailed records in our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to support reporting and onboarding processes.
Adhere to SLAs, processes, and People Team best practices. You’ll collaborate daily with your People Team counterparts as you build technical teams.
Proactively identify problems or blockers, collaborate with senior recruiters, and suggest solutions to improve hiring outcomes.
Participate in internal and cross-functional projects as stretch assignments to enhance recruitment strategies.
Learn from senior team members, develop your recruiting expertise, and demonstrate a growth mindset.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a full-cycle technical recruiting support role, supporting high-volume or high-complexity client groups.
Experience working within strict timelines
High touch philosophy with applicants, candidates, referrals and employees to ensure everyone involved with the hiring process has an excellent experience
Project management skills with an eye for detail
Positive attitude, adaptability, resilience, and the ability to navigate competing priorities

Cash Compensation Range: $85,500 - $125,000 USD
