Treasury Data Governance & Analytics Associate

Responsibilities
Perform variance and forecasting analysis of key financial data.
Contribute to a strong internal control environment.
Ensure policies, practices, and procedures are understood and followed.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Oversee the data lifecycle to maintain quality, consistency, and accuracy.
Maintain and improve governance framework documentation and ensure compliance.
Develop data requirements, review functional definitions, and confirm appropriateness for Treasury use cases.
Actively monitor data usage to identify and capitalize on optimization opportunities.
Conduct root cause analysis for issues, identify solutions, and ensure remediations are in place.
Perform periodic conformance testing to identify and address discrepancies or errors in reporting and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or equivalent. Master’s preferred.
5+ Years of relevant work experience in Banking/Financial Industry.
3+ Years experience in data governance, quality management, or metadata management.
Experience with AxiomSL and QRM tools preferred.
Proficiency in Office 365, SQL, Python, and Power BI.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Base Pay Range
$76,875.00 – $132,500.00 USD
