A fast-growing AI company in the healthcare space is seeking a sharp, proactive, and self-sufficient Executive Assistant to support one of its Co-CEOs. This is the organization’s first EA hire, offering the unique opportunity to help build structure, efficiency, and clarity as the company scales rapidly.
Serve as a trusted right hand to the Co-CEO, a data-focused leader known for their precision, intellect, and drive.
The Role The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, analytical environment, communicates with clarity and confidence, and can anticipate needs proactively.
Day-to-Day
Manage a complex and evolving calendar and inbox; draft, edit, and send correspondence on the executive’s behalf
Serve as a gatekeeper and strategic partner, ensuring priorities and goals are advanced efficiently
Prepare communications, documents, and briefings with clarity and accuracy
Support key initiatives and internal communications alongside the Chief of Staff
Create and refine operational systems that streamline executive workflows
Compensation $130k - $160k base + equity
Location San Francisco, CA (Onsite)
