Account Executive, New Business

Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Drive topline revenue generation through rapid, high-value sales process
Present, promote, and sell our products to prospective clients
Establish, develop and maintain positive client relationships
Source and reach out to leads through cold calling, emailing, and attending events
Achieve – and surpass – sales targets
Coordinate sales efforts with the rest of the team members
Track and analyze sales efforts to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of outreach
Willingness to go the extra mile and strong work ethic
Required Skills & Experience
At least 1–5 years of experience in public affairs, public relations, communications, or political campaigns
Highly motivated and results-oriented with intense responsiveness, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed
Excellent sales hustle, communication skills, and energy
Prior sales or recruiting experience is preferred but not required
Basic familiarity with sales CRM or similar tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo.io) is preferred but not required
Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a nimble, execution-focused startup
Bachelor's Degree
