Founding Enterprise Client Services Manager
to focus on public affairs, public relations, and corporate segments.
Base pay range: $175,000/yr – $300,000/yr.
Key Responsibilities
Own a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts across multiple industries, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify risks and work collaboratively to drive retention.
Pilot Engagement Management: Manage pilot engagements over multiple opportunities, serving as project manager for Clipbook’s highest value accounts.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Success playbook, resources, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
3-7 years of professional experience in a tier‑1 professional setting (strategy consulting / top MBB, investment bank, private equity, etc.).
Highly motivated and results‑oriented with intense responsiveness, coachability, and a strong drive to succeed.
Excellent project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Outstanding communication skills – able to engage with executive stakeholders and end users, drive complex client meetings.
Strong analytical capabilities; comfortable working with large datasets, metrics, and KPIs to build ROI‑driven business cases.
Adaptability and willingness to thrive in a nimble, execution‑focused startup.
Bonus Points
Familiarity with public relations, media, communications, government affairs, or public affairs.
