Responsibilities
Accountable for managing and enhancing established book of business with a variety of vertical customers
Develop a dynamic team to produce business opportunities as an energetic business leader
Responsible for driving business goals through strong relationships with employees and customers such as freight forwarders, importers, shippers and logistics professionals, food manufacturer’s, real estate and residential owners among others
Develop and establish the business strategy within the industries we support with an immediate focus on identifying creative opportunities for our team to drive revenue growth while managing expenses to achieve profitability
Own the overall management of the branch, including P&L management, branch revenue/sales, and overall operations as the Sales and Operations leader
Maintain high integrity, utilizing creative strategies with an emphasis on building teams and long‑term, profitable relationships
Foster and develop a professional team to lead strong, long‑term business relationships
Lead strategic initiatives with the operations and sales teams

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license
Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
Have a minimum of 5-7 years of business leadership experience, including P&L management in a service‑based industry
Motivation/Passion/Desire to build teams, recruit, train & cultivate top performers to enable future success
Familiarity with logistics and supply chain systems, preferentially including global supply trade
Ability to implement an overall business direction strategy in collaboration with the Brand Director
Experience providing strategic planning and succession planning initiatives
Experience conducting/managing third‑party audits in a pest control environment
Demonstrate excellent communication and relationship building skills within all levels of the team
Execute exceptional follow through and organizational skills
Ability to navigate through complex regulatory compliance landscapes
Be technologically savvy; have Microsoft Office suite and CRM familiarity with service‑based applications
Live within the General Area region and travel regularly (including overnight) as needed (anticipate 25‑50%)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous service management or operations experience in a route based or service‑oriented business (I.e. package delivery, beverage, uniform, or vending services; pest control, lawn care, or construction). Other types of management experience may be considered
Bachelor’s degree in business or professional sales
Physical Demands / Working Environment
Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations
Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator
Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
