Unit Supervisor RN - Case Management - Full Time - 8 Hour Day Shift (Non-Union)

Unit Supervisor is the first line manager responsible for day‑to‑day oversight of unit operations and delivery of safe, high quality patient care. The Unit Supervisor supports the Chief Nursing Officer and department manager in planning, collaboration, and quality improvement of unit services. Responsibilities
Lead the unit team in clinical and operational areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (CMS Conditions of Participation, Title 22, CDPH regulations, DNV‑GL/NIAHO standards). Manage efficient unit services and meaningful outcomes. Plan and collaborate with co‑workers and other departments to provide safe, high quality patient care. Qualifications
Minimum Education
Graduation from a Registered Nurse Program BSN desired (will obtain within 5 years if not upon hire) Completion of unit supervisor or management training program preferred Minimum Experience / Knowledge
2+ years of clinical experience in an acute setting preferred 6+ months of Unit Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience preferred Special Unit Preferences
Two years’ experience with Orthopedic and Medical‑Surgical nursing preferred Certification in Medical‑Surgical, Orthopedic or other specialty preferred Required License / Certification
California Registered Nurse License Certification in clinical specialty or management desired BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, AB508, NIHSS, ENPC, NRP, and other specialty certifications must be current and active as of hire.
