CycleBar is seeking a General Manager for our state‑of‑the‑art location in Norterra. Passionate about fitness, the role prioritizes driving studio sales, membership renewals and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach, leads and referrals.
Responsibilities
Lead generation – Grass Roots Marketing, networking, community events and studio promotions.
Membership sales and member retention.
Manage staff schedules and supervise CBX teams.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
Convert non‑members to membership base and coach staff on hospitality and sales conversion tactics.
Work with the Studio Owner to set monthly, weekly and daily targets for meeting goals.
Drive referral business through ambassadorship and build lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
Requirements
2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
Confident in generating personal sales and training sales reps.
Ability to manage and drive revenue from memberships and retail.
Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable to a fast‑changing, diverse environment.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and data management skills.
Professional, punctual, reliable, neat and trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.
Proficient with computers and studio software.
