Who You’ll Work With The Information Technology organization is the technological foundation of our business and works in collaboration with our partners from across the company. The team drives technology and digital transformation, partners with business leaders to design and execute new strategies through IT and operations services and ensures the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place and aligned with enterprise architecture standards and principles.

About The Role The IT Business Management team is looking for a proactive and collaborative self-starter to support the delivery execution. We are looking for a seasoned SAP Data and Analytics Lead experienced with SAP BW, BPC, Webi, Fiori, and Analysis for Office (AO) tools that will help Corebridge transition to a more modern reporting platform based on the latest SAP and other technologies. This is a lead role that will interact with key IT, partner AMS and finance operations leads along with risk & compliance.

Responsibilities

This Reporting Lead is expected to have deep understanding of SAP reporting, modeling and analytics current and emerging toolsets.

Oversee the current reporting solution sets operation working with Corebridge’s AMS provider to lead the day-to-day operation of the SAP data and reporting suite of products including critical reporting periods during quarter and year-end financial close periods.

Design and build best in class reporting suite and analytics solutions based on structured and unstructured data sets across Finance.

Data modeling - Design and build various BW info providers including HANA CDS to support Reporting and Analytics on Webi, Fiori and SAC.

Configure integrations for our data warehouse from various transactional applications including data reconciliation mechanisms.

Build reporting solutions using SAC, SAP Fiori, AO and Webi toolset.

Work closely with cross domain IT teams and business partners to develop and test any cross functional solutions.

Understand and document business requirements; analyze existing and/or new information and applications; propose potential solutions; and execute selected technology solutions.

Drive root cause analysis where issues are noted and be the enterprise systems champion for prioritization and remediation.

Facilitate consistent adoption of best practices, policies, and standards.

Develop strong working relationships with enterprise systems application owners as well as across the wider finance userbase.

Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience)

7+ years hands‑on experience in SAP Reporting, Data and BI toolset

Deep knowledge in SAP S/4Hana including HANA CDS views, Analysis for Office, Fiori, BI / BW, Data Services.

2 – 3 years of experience in SAC

Knowledge of SAP BDC and experience with SAP Datasphere a plus

Experience in the development, implementation, and management of SAP BI architecture strategy and roadmap.

Experience with a minimum of three full-lifecycle implementations

Ability to contribute to projects with a cross functional team, external resource management, teamwork, commitment management.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Adept and proactive at problem-solving and conflict resolution.

Excellent organization and time management skills.

Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $135,000 to $150,000 for Jersey City, NJ region at the commencement of employment. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. The actual compensation offered will ultimately be dependent on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s geographic location, skills, experience and other qualifications.

In addition, the position is eligible for a discretionary bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. Corebridge also offers a range of competitive benefits as part of the total compensation package, as detailed below.

Work Location This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s Houston, TX or Jersey City, NJ office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.

Estimated Travel May include up to 25%.
