General Manager – CycleBar, Troy, MI
CycleBar is seeking a General Manager for our state‑of‑the‑art studio in Troy. The General Manager will prioritize driving studio sales and revenue while fostering a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead member acquisition and retention, including strategic outreach, referral business, and first‑time rider drives.
Manage studio operations: staff scheduling, CBX team supervision, studio cleanliness, and community event participation.
Drive dual revenue streams—memberships and retail—through pre‑planning, sales conversion tactics, and team coaching.
Set monthly, weekly, and daily targets in collaboration with Studio Owner and owner accountability.
Coach, train, and educate the CBX team on hospitality and sales conversion tactics.
Qualifications
2+ years of retail, service sales, or fitness sales experience.
Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps.
Ability to manage and drive two revenue streams—memberships and retail.
Fluent in English with excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills in person, telephone, and email.
Highly organized, data‑management proficiency, and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Professional, punctual, reliable, and detail‑oriented with strong writing and grammar skills.
Trustworthy, able to handle confidential information, and able to work harmoniously with co‑workers, clients, and the public.
Affinity and passion for fitness.
Compensation & Benefits
