Base Pay Range $99,000–$198,000 per year

Responsibilities

Build and optimize high‑performance backend systems using Rust, Go, Python, and modern async frameworks.

Implement producer‑consumer queues, concurrent processing pipelines, and efficient data structures.

Optimize database performance, query planning, and caching strategies for maximum throughput.

Leverage AI‑assisted development tools to accelerate coding while maintaining code quality.

Profile and optimize system performance using modern tooling and performance analysis.

Collaborate on system design, code reviews, and drive performance testing and capacity planning initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, or related field and 3 years’ experience in software engineering.

OR 5 years’ experience in software engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related area and 1 year’s experience in software engineering.

Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.

Experience with AI‑assisted development workflows and emerging technologies.
