About the Role In this role, you will be in charge of sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and/or industry that are not inbound leads. This is a Hunter position.

What You’ll Do

Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients in Consumer (Retail, E‑commerce, Omnichannel) industries.

Originate and nurture business relationships resulting in engagement opportunities.

Present BairesDev's unique value proposition tailored to the needs of senior executives.

Develop strong, long‑lasting relationships with potential clients.

Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define business solutions that satisfy client needs.

Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets.

Plan resources, organize and mobilize teams (solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, delivery) throughout the complex sales cycle.

Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans.

We Are Looking For

5+ years of relevant experience in Retail, E‑commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

Strong experience in business development, key account management, or vendor relations within the retail sector.

Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts within retail or consumer markets.

Excellent understanding of the Retail industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub-verticals, needs, challenges, and trends.

Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach focused on initiating and building client relationships.

Strong understanding of retail systems, customer data platforms, inventory management, and technological challenges commonly faced in retail.

Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to potential clients.

Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.

Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven.

Native English or fully bilingual (English).
