About the Role

In this role, you will be in charge of sourcing, nurturing, and closing new BairesDev clients primarily from your network and/or industry that are not inbound leads. It is a Hunter position. Responsibilities

Build strong, long‑lasting relationships with midsize to enterprise‑level clients, focusing primarily on Consumer (Retail, E‑commerce, Omnichannel) industries. Originate and nurture business relationships that lead to engagement opportunities. Present BairesDev's unique value proposition tailored to senior executives of potential clients. Develop strong, long‑lasting relationships with potential clients. Scope projects, shape engagements, and help define solutions that satisfy client needs and achieve their desired outcomes. Plan, implement, and manage lead generation, sales activities, and pipelines to meet annual revenue targets and business goals. Plan resources, organize, and mobilize teams—including solution design, UX, technical, engagement management, staffing, and delivery—throughout the complex sales cycle. Understand and assist in managing and mitigating key risks through tactical plans and actions. Qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience in Retail, E‑commerce, or Consumer Goods sectors with exposure to technology solutions and digital transformation initiatives. Strong experience in business development, key account management, or vendor relations within the retail sector. Proven success in sourcing, nurturing, and closing midsize and enterprise accounts within retail or consumer markets. Excellent understanding of the Retail industry, including key players, strategies, client structure, business models, sub‑verticals, needs, challenges, and key trends. Demonstrated strategic, creative, and analytical approach with a focus on initiating and building client relationships. Must have a strong understanding of retail systems, customer data platforms, inventory management, and technological challenges commonly faced in the retail industry. Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our potential clients. Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach. Detail‑oriented and deadline‑driven. Native English or fully bilingual (English). Benefits
