Role Type: Full-time Salary: $147,000 – $162,000 per year + annual bonus. Actual compensation offered will be determined individually based on location, skills, licensure, experience, and education. The release train engineer (RTE) coaches and supports an agile “team of teams” known as an agile release train (ART). The RTE focuses on relentless improvement via Program Increment (PI) planning/execution, measuring delivery and flow of the ART, and tracking the execution of features and capabilities. Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) with significant practical experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required. Responsibilities

Plan, organize and facilitate ART ceremonies (e.g., program increment planning, ART sync, product owner sync, scrum of scrums, ART system demos, and inspect & adapt). These events help track progress, escalate problems, and resolve dependencies. Support PI execution – responsible for successful PI execution, including tracking the features in the ART Kanban and ensuring the ART meets its definition of done. Encourage collaboration between teams, following SAFe methodology and framework to advance agile practices within the organization. Measure delivery and flow by establishing ART flow measures and dashboards; oversee reports and analysis to track progress toward goals (e.g., Program Boards, Delivery Plans, PI Predictability, Feature/PI Burndown, Cycle Time and Velocity, Status Reporting/OKRs). Govern best-practice usage of Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring data quality and integrity for the ART via ADO queries, audits, and coaching/training of teams. Assist in tracking the execution of features and capabilities; facilitate agreement on milestones, cadence of increments and releases; coordinate deployment and release activities; manage dependencies; identify risks or impediments with business, product, and delivery teams. Requirements

5+ years of understanding and experience with SAFe. Experience with agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation). Experience in supervising or leading teams; ability to drive and influence peers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in agile principles and practices. Experience in leading and facilitating agile ceremonies. Experience fostering team self-organization and continuous improvement. Experience with Azure DevOps (preferred). Experience using enterprise agile planning tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Planview Leankit/EnterpriseOne, Atlassian Jira Align, Broadcom Rally, Apptio Targetprocess). Preferred Requirements

Agile, Scrum, SAFe or project management certifications preferred (e.g., SA, SPC, RTE, CSM, CSP, PMI). Background in wealth management or finance industry is preferred. Equal Opportunity Employer
