Base pay range
$175,000.00/yr - $315,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Define and implement the Data Strategy for GRS Actuarial and Data Science.
Lead cross‑functional teams of data engineers, data scientists and subject‑matter experts to deliver cloud‑based solutions.
Drive ML Engineering, ML Ops and Gen AI practices to solve the most impactful business problems.
Partner with Enterprise Data and Data Science to optimize ML Engineering practices and advance innovative solutions.
Lead data modernization initiatives and support enterprise transformation efforts.
Build a high‑performing organization and maintain disciplined execution and expense management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technical or business discipline (Master’s preferred).
15+ years of related experience with 5+ years in a leadership role.
In‑depth knowledge of IT concepts, business operations, and project planning methodologies.
Advanced management knowledge, negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills.
Strong communication, presentation and team‑leading abilities.
Experience with ML/AI, Gen AI and cloud‑based analytics platforms.
Pay Philosophy The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by skills, experience, education and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees across the national market.
