The Normal Brand is a fast‑growing apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online and in over 600 stores in the U.S. We are hiring for an Assistant Store Manager to work in our retail brick‑and‑mortar store at the Cherry Creek Mall in Denver, Colorado. This role requires a hardworking, personable, goal‑oriented leader who can maintain a high‑energy, clean, and fun customer experience.
Responsibilities
Inspire, develop, and lead the team to deliver an excellent customer experience and drive revenue.
Implement high customer service standards throughout the store and team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests.
Encourage suggestive selling to maximize revenue.
Monitor inventory and replenish the sales floor as needed.
Maintain a clean store and merchandise to Normal Brand standards.
Provide constructive feedback on product sell‑through to the Store Manager.
Mentor and develop the team through clear communication.
Educate and train team on product knowledge.
Support the Store Manager on any aspect of the business.
Create a respectful and positive communication environment.
Ensure store security and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
1–2 years retail apparel experience.
Eager to learn through feedback and solve problems in a fast‑paced environment.
Experience managing inventory.
Superior organization and time‑management skills.
Team player who has fun and takes ownership.
Self‑starter and independent.
Goal‑oriented, data‑driven, competitive, and positive energy.
Approachable, friendly people person.
Strong retail business acumen.
Inventory integrity.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
Adapt quickly to new systems and processes.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Availability for 38–40 hours to maintain full‑time status.
