Sr. SharePoint Architect (Future Opportunity)

The Senior SharePoint Architect leads the planning, architecture, engineering, and modernization of DISA J6 SharePoint and Dynamics CRM platforms. Responsibilities

Design, maintain, and evolve SharePoint and CRM architectures for on-prem and cloud environments (DOD365-J). Develop and manage technical roadmaps aligned with enterprise architecture. Lead enterprise-level integration, stability, and infrastructure design. Recommend, evaluate, and implement tools and technologies for system performance optimization. Lead migration planning for SharePoint and Dynamics CRM modernization to O365. Provide Tier 3/4 engineering and Tier 2/3 operational support for SPO and Dynamics CRM. Design and maintain automated deployment pipelines across NIPR and SIPR. Support RMF compliance, accreditation, and certification processes. Lead modernization from deprecated SharePoint features to Power Platform solutions. Support Power Platform, Dataverse integrations, and system resiliency. Produce architecture documentation, design diagrams, and governance records. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. 10+ years of experience in SharePoint and Microsoft technology architecture within DoD or enterprise environments. US citizenship and current DoD Secret clearance. Strong technical leadership, project management, and communication skills. Experience guiding cross‑functional teams for SharePoint, CRM, and cloud migration projects. Certification “Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator (MS‑301)” preferred. IAM certifications (CISSP, CISM, etc.) preferred. Benefits
