Base pay range $38.00/hr - $42.00/hr
Responsibilities
Manages projects from start to finish by facilitating with the teams scheduling, assignment of tasks, and providing project plans to complete the project
The Project Analyst coordinates daily tasks and reviews new Jira requests submitted; Then effectively communicates next steps to developers and stakeholders
Enables close cooperation across all roles and functions
Facilitates sessions across various departments to understand and define projects
Effectively prepares and communicates project status reports regarding project milestones, deliverables, considerations, and risks to key stakeholders
Maintains and archives all project related documentation
Resolves or escalates impediments throughout the project lifecycle
Provides continuous feedback to project members and input during daily stand ups, planning sessions, backlog management, and retrospective ceremonies
Builds and maintains relationships with team members, key stakeholders and/or external contacts (vendors, etc.)
Requirements
Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills
Understanding of Agile concepts including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.
Jira, MS Project, Asana or related Project Management tool experience
Experience in PowerPoint and Excel for presentations and project plans
Experience working in cross-functional, multi-dimensional teams and projects
Experience in managing multiple teams and their respective priorities
Experience in working with 3rd party vendors related to project delivery
Adapt to change and continuous improvement
Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Excellent in verbal and written communication with all levels within an organization
Understands how to communicate difficult or sensitive information tactfully
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
