Looking for a Recruiting Leader to develop and execute legal hiring and professional development initiatives for a recognized firm.
Full-service law firm based in California offering a wide range of legal services including real estate & land use, intellectual property & patent litigation, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, labor & employment, and environmental / energy law.
Responsibilities As Chief Attorney Recruiting & Professional Development Officer, you’ll be the driving force behind strategies that bring in world-class legal talent and empower our attorneys to thrive. You’ll collaborate with Partners across the Firm to transform bold goals into practical, high-impact solutions and lead a team in creating innovative programs that attract the industry’s best and elevate attorneys through meaningful professional growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Juris Doctorate preferred.
Minimum of five years’ experience in attorney recruiting and professional development required.
Compensation $250,000 - $325,000 per year
