Commercial HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician

Pay:
$25–$38/hr ($52,000–$79,040/year) + $150 on‑call pay Tech Flex Program:
$3,500 cash, industry‑leading training, or 40 extra holiday hours for work‑life balance Benefits:

Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC systems (air handlers, boilers, chillers, cooling towers) Perform inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs Provide excellent customer service and accurate record‑keeping Use company tools: service van, iPad, iPhone What You Need
US work authorization required (citizen or permanent resident) 2–5 years commercial HVAC experience EPA Certification Personal hand tools, drills, and Sawzall for fieldwork Ability to lift 75 lbs. and work in confined spaces Valid driver’s license (background/drug checks required) Secure parking for company vehicle required, no HOA restrictions Constant professional, great attitude, team player, willingness to work and learn About BGIS ITS
