Position Summary The Marketing Manager is responsible for creating, managing, and measuring the Chamber’s digital communications strategy to enhance member engagement, strengthen the Chamber’s brand, and amplify the impact of its programs and initiatives. This role requires a blend of creative content development, digital campaign management, and analytics reporting, with a focus on maintaining high standards of accuracy, consistency, and professionalism across all platforms.

Work Schedule and Environment This position occasionally requires attendance at events and meetings held outside of standard business hours, including early mornings and evenings. Following the successful completion of a 90-day onboarding period, employees are eligible to participate in the Chamber’s flexible work model. This approach allows team members to work from home when not required to be onsite for in-person meetings, events, or other organizational needs.
Compensation Salary Range: $62,400 - $67,600

Key Responsibilities Content Creation
Plan and execute original content for social media channels, YouTube, email campaigns, and newsletters.
Create and format blog posts and digital features that highlight Chamber members, programs, and initiatives.
Produce and edit photos, videos, and digital graphics to support social media and marketing campaigns.
Digital Marketing
Develop integrated campaigns that align email and newsletter content with social media promotion to maximize reach and engagement.
Work closely with each department to coordinate content and promotional strategies for programs and events.
Analytics and Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on social media and newsletter performance.
Format impact and quarterly reports for Chamber programs.
Develop and distribute external surveys; manage collection and prepare reports on results.
Specifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, or demonstrated experience, in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field required.
Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, or content marketing required; preferably in a Chamber of Commerce, nonprofit, or business association setting.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital marketing tools, social media platforms, project management software, and CRM platforms required. Familiarity/experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics preferred.
Attributes: Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency, ownership, and work ethic. Capable of multitasking and thriving with minimal supervision while always maintaining professionalism.
Work Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
