They are seeking a motivated and driven Pre-Litigation Attorney to join our award-winning Personal Injury team in Los Angeles. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law school graduate or newly admitted attorney who is passionate about helping injured victims and is eager to gain hands-on experience in personal injury law. As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will work under the guidance of senior attorneys, managing a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through settlement negotiations. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop litigation-ready skills while making a real difference in clients' lives. Key Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of personal injury pre-litigation files under supervision. Conduct client intakes, evaluations, and maintain ongoing communication. Draft demand letters, legal correspondence, and settlement packages. Negotiate with insurance companies to secure maximum compensation for clients. Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and investigators. Maintain detailed case files and prepare matters for litigation if necessary. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school. Admission to the California Bar (or pending results). Strong interest in personal injury and plaintiff's side advocacy. Salary and Other Compensation
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 – $110,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Benefits
