We’re looking for a Part-Time Events Associate with at least four years of experience in producing live events to help us scale our financial education platform. You’ll play a key role in planning and executing monthly meetups for 40 attendees and a large-scale, one-day event in August.

What You’ll Be Doing
Plan and execute monthly meetups for 40 attendees, managing logistics, venues, vendors, and on-site coordination.
Lead the production of our one-day flagship event in August, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion.
Manage event marketing efforts, working with our team to promote events via social media, email campaigns, and partnerships.
Oversee attendee experience, including registration, RSVPs, communications, and post-event follow-ups.
Develop and manage event budgets, negotiating with venues and vendors to ensure cost-effective execution.
Coordinate speaker outreach, securing thought leaders and industry experts for panels and discussions.
Track event success through data analysis and attendee feedback, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
✅ Who We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience producing live events (preferably in finance, FinTech, or education).
Based in NY or the Tri-State area (must be available for in-person events).
Proven track record of managing end-to-end event logistics for both small and large gatherings.
Strong project management skills—ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
Experience working with event marketing, partnerships, and speaker outreach.
Comfortable in a startup environment, working independently and adapting to change.
Bonus: Experience with virtual/hybrid event platforms or existing industry connections.
