A leading innovator in digital printing and on-demand production is searching for a Senior SQL Developer to design and build next-generation tools that simplify how data and files move through every stage of production. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in transforming complex client workflows into streamlined, automated systems that improve accuracy, speed, and overall operational performance.

As a Senior SQL Developer, you’ll develop and maintain high-performance Windows and web applications that connect seamlessly with a range of production technologies, spanning barcode scanners, scales, presses, shipping systems, inventory platforms, and enterprise financial tools. You’ll take ownership of projects from concept through delivery, driving technical excellence while collaborating across departments. Beyond coding, you’ll mentor team members, influence architectural decisions, and help shape the long-term software strategy for a fast-growing digital manufacturing environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

5+ years of professional experience in software development

Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, data structures, and multithreaded programming

Proficiency with MS .NET (C#) on Windows servers

Practical experience with Java in Eclipse and Tomcat environments

Expertise in SQL Server (2005 or newer): relational database design, development, and maintenance

Experience with SSRS and SSIS

Familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, FTP/FTPS, APIs, web services)

Understanding of RAD or Agile methodologies

Strong debugging, performance optimization, and troubleshooting abilities

Desired Skills & Experience

Microsoft certifications in relevant technologies

Experience working in manufacturing or production environments

Familiarity with data modeling and database consistency models

Background in developing and maintaining enterprise-scale integrations
