Real Estate Transactional Secretary
Join Eastridge Workforce Solutions as a Real Estate Transactional Secretary, supporting 4–5 attorneys on sophisticated real estate transactions across acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing for high‑profile clients in the retail, office, multifamily, and mixed‑use sectors.
Location & Schedule Los Angeles, CA – Hybrid (4 days in office / 1 day remote)
Compensation $90,000 – $105,000 + benefits
Key Responsibilities
Draft, redline, and finalize real estate documents including purchase agreements, leases, title commitments, and closing packages.
Utilize document comparison tools and track changes for accurate version control.
Assemble closing binders, signature packets, and transaction checklists.
Coordinate with title companies, escrow agents, lenders, and clients to ensure timely documentation.
Manage attorney calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems for real property matters.
Enter attorney time, billing, and expenses into firm systems.
Provide general administrative support to attorneys and paralegals.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a law firm real estate or transactional support role.
Proficiency in iManage document management system (required).
Strong skills in Microsoft Word (styles, templates), Excel, Outlook, and redlining/editing.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Professional, team‑oriented demeanor.
