and lead a team of professionals to deliver innovative Workday Talent solutions across Talent Management including Performance, Succession Planning, and Career Development.

Pay range: $150,000.00 – $190,000.00 USD annually.

Responsibilities

Manage the successful execution of complex Workday Talent projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise talent strategies and measurable business outcomes.

Serve as a strategic partner to senior client executives, providing thought leadership and driving solution roadmaps across Talent domains such as Performance, Succession, Career Development, and Talent Reviews.

Lead, coach, and develop teams of consultants across multiple client engagements, fostering a culture of delivery excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Manage overall engagement governance, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning, while proactively mitigating risks and resolving escalations.

Provide executive oversight on solution design and architecture, ensuring Workday Talent configurations are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with best practices.

Guide clients through complex challenges related to adoption, data integrity, and talent program integration, enabling sustainable, long‑term success.

Drive business development by supporting account growth, leading pre‑sales strategy, and contributing to proposals and executive presentations focused on Workday Talent solutions.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in HCM technology or enterprise consulting, with 5+ years of hands‑on Workday HCM, focusing on Workday Talent modules such as Performance, Succession, Career Development, and Talent Reviews.

Deep functional expertise in Workday Talent configurations, business processes, and cross‑module dependencies.

Proven track record of leading and delivering successful Workday Talent implementations and optimizations across a variety of industries.

Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to develop team capabilities and ensure high‑quality project delivery.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior business leaders and clients.

Demonstrated analytical skills to assess complex talent management challenges and propose scalable, Workday‑native solutions.

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Computer Science, or a related field.
