We’re seeking a
Graphic Designer
with exceptional conceptual and visual skills to bring bold, modern ideas to life across print, experiential, and digital touchpoints. This role sits at the intersection of creativity and execution—turning innovative concepts into high-impact brand moments that engage and inspire.
As a key member of the Creative and Marketing teams, you’ll design across multiple brand channels, including packaging, campaign graphics, retail displays, PR mailers, and digital marketing assets. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, deeply attuned to visual trends, and passionate about crafting cohesive, elevated design systems that drive brand love and loyalty.
What You’ll Do
Design key campaign visuals and collateral across print and digital platforms including in-store displays, PR mailers, event signage, billboards, and advertisements
Concept and execute beautiful 2D and 3D experiential designs that translate brand stories into physical spaces
Create and version digital and print assets with impeccable attention to detail—ensuring all deliverables align with brand style guides and production specs
Manage multiple projects within tight timelines, tracking deliverables across platforms like Monday.com and Dropbox
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Creative, Marketing, Product Development) to develop design strategies that elevate product launches and marketing campaigns
Maintain and evolve design systems and packaging guidelines, ensuring consistency and innovation across formats
Prepare and package print-ready files, oversee proofing and color matching, and liaise with production vendors and printers
Archive creative assets and maintain organized design files for team access and reference
What You’ll Bring
3–4 years
of professional experience in
print, packaging, and digital design , ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
