Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure environmental center compliance with federal, state, and local ordinances, regulations, and building codes.
Maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and orderly condition; ensure all facilities are in good repair and free from hazards caused by electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems.
Provide quality laundry service and oversee related operations.
Qualifications
Fire and passion for working with seniors.
Flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
High school diploma or equivalent required; preferred.
Prior experience in maintenance in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting required.
Minimum of one year of prior supervisory experience in maintenance required.
Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures.
Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
