Overview Hyatt Place is a relaxed, high‑standard hotel experience designed to give guests a brand‑new stay. As Operations Manager you will be key to bringing this experience to life.
Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of housekeeping, front office, and food & beverage departments to achieve revenue, profit, and RevPAR goals while maintaining guest and colleague satisfaction.
Ensure high quality guest service, cleanliness, and team excellence across the property.
Handle purchasing and payroll submission for the property.
Interview, hire, and discipline new colleagues; work flexible schedule.
Report directly to the Assistant General Manager.
Maintain company standards for guest satisfaction, colleague satisfaction, quality assurance, and asset protection.
Qualifications
Minimum of one year of management and supervisory experience preferred (service‑industry management strongly preferred).
Hotel experience preferred but not required.
1-2+ years working in a guest service‑oriented Food & Beverage establishment preferred.
College degree preferred.
Intermediate Word and Excel required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, project management, and detail orientation skills with ability to multitask.
Strong interpersonal skills and a can‑do positive attitude; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
Ability to work with minimal supervision required.
