The Health & Safety Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring MICON Group, Inc. companies and divisions have implemented and are following Michels safety programs, policies, and procedures on construction projects. This role combines administrative oversight, subcontractor management, remote assurance reviewing of program implementation, training, and data-driven analysis to drive continuous improvement of our HSE program. This role will act as both an assurance reviewer and a trainer and require strong interpersonal communication skills reinforcing both a strong safety culture while inspiring change. The individual assuming this role must have the ability to influence, coach, and build trust within the HSE department, subcontractors, and company leadership. Why MICON Group, Inc.?

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of health and safety experience in construction. (Preferred) 3+ years experience at Michels Corporation in an HSE or Risk role. Strong knowledge of OSHA 1926 regulations and construction industry best practices. Experience managing or auditing subcontractor safety programs preferred. BCSP certification (CHST or CSP preferred) Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
