Looking for a passionate and dedicated RN (PT or FT) for our small 20‑bed intimate community‑based memory care unit, directly connected to our Nursing and Memory Care Facility. As the Health Services Director (RN), your nursing and leadership skills will ensure that quality nursing care is provided to residents and you will coordinate the day‑to‑day functions of caregiver staff. Duties may include meeting with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan the shift services, programs, and activities. As the RCF Memory Care Nurse Manager you will also be responsible for the delegation of nursing tasks to non‑certified staff.
Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations of the caregiver staff and plan shift services, programs, and activities in partnership with nursing staff and support personnel.
Qualifications
RN license in the State of Oregon.
Nursing supervisor experience.
Experience working with Alzheimer’s and dementia‑related disorders is a plus.
Community‑Based, Skilled Nursing and/or Memory Care experience preferred.
