PowerApps Developer – Dynamics 365 and Finance & Operations This role is focused on creating custom solutions using PowerApps, PowerAutomate, and X++ within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to support manufacturing processes across the US and EMEA.

Base Pay Range $120,000.00/yr – $150,000.00/yr

Key Skills & Experience

3+ years hands‑on development with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps, Power Automate).

Proven integration with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012.

Solid knowledge of Dataverse and its role in D365 integration.

Experience with X++ development, including table/form extensions and class development.

API design and consumption (OData, REST) for data integration.

Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps) is a plus.

Manufacturing process understanding (Production Control, Inventory, Supply Chain) is highly beneficial.

Agile or DevOps environment experience.

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Microsoft Certification in Power Platform (PL‑200, PL‑400) or Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.

Main Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Canvas and Model‑Driven Power Apps for various business functions.

Create complex business process automation using Power Automate flows to integrate Power Apps with D365 F&O, Dataverse, and other enterprise systems.

Manage data connections and ensure secure, efficient data flow between Power Platform components and D365 F&O.

Collaborate with business stakeholders and Functional Consultants to translate operational requirements into technical specifications and user‑friendly solutions.

Ensure all custom applications adhere to corporate standards, best practices, and security policies.

Develop, modify, and extend D365 F&O functionality using X++ for scenarios where Power Platform is not suitable.

Utilize F&O development best practices, including extensions and avoiding over‑layering, to ensure system stability and ease of future upgrades.

Assist with the migration of data and custom logic during the D365 F&O implementation phase.

Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning for custom F&O features.

Participate in solution design, code reviews, testing (unit and integration), and deployment activities.

Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all custom applications and code.

Stay up‑to‑date with the latest features and updates across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stack.

Location North Dakota. Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States. US citizens or green card holders required.
