Key Responsibilities
Develop, fine‑tune, and deploy LLaMA‑based large language models for various business and research applications. Perform data analysis, preprocessing, and feature engineering on large and complex datasets. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define model objectives, data strategies, and performance metrics. Implement LLM fine‑tuning, prompt engineering, and model optimization techniques. Evaluate and benchmark model performance using standard NLP metrics. Contribute to developing tools and frameworks for scalable model training and inference. Stay up to date with advancements in LLMs, GenAI, and open‑source AI frameworks. Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer. Strong experience with LLaMA models (LLaMA 2, LLaMA 3) – fine‑tuning, prompt tuning, or adapter training. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and Transformers (Hugging Face) libraries. Solid understanding of machine learning pipelines, NLP, and deep learning architectures. Experience with vector databases, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and LangChain is a plus. Familiarity with MLOps frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure). Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a research‑oriented mindset. Preferred Qualifications
Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field. Prior experience working on Meta AI or open‑weight LLM projects. Contributions to open‑source GenAI frameworks are an advantage. Seniority Level
