Position Summary Key contributor on the Quality Standards team supporting the execution and improvement of temperature monitoring and cold chain protection programs. Over 57,000 temperature monitoring devices across 10,000+ Retail & Minute Clinic locations, protecting $16B inventory and mitigating $50M+ risk. Expert on SmartSense platform, managing centralized inbox requests with “white glove” support.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
Act as subject matter expert for SmartSense system across Retail and Minute Clinic locations.
Support management and maintenance of SmartSense hardware and software.
Collaborate with internal partners and field teams to solve complex asset/device management issues.
Provide corporate-level support for common issues such as offline nodes and down gateways.
Manage inbox requests with varying complexity and urgency, achieving SLA 24‑48 hours.
Communicate and support field managers and store teams on temperature monitoring requirements.
Identify, elevate, and resolve platform‑related issues impacting SmartSense usage.
Data Strategy and Program Growth
Develop internal and field‑facing KPIs capturing SmartSense platform usage behaviors.
Partner with Product Integrity and SmartSense contacts to evaluate new alerting needs and volumes.
Manage documentation for fridge/freezer space (job aids, guides, resources).
Evaluate new and existing workflows, proposing efficiencies and supporting pilots/roll‑out plans.
Required Qualifications
Up to 3 years executing programs in a highly competitive environment (retail, healthcare, pharmaceuticals).
Up to 3 years contributing to high‑performing teams, self‑starter identifying improvement areas.
Up to 3 years demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Up to 3 years collaborating effectively across functions and styles of leadership.
Strong organization, multi‑tasking, prioritizing, flexible, managing expectations and meeting deadlines.
Independent judgment, initiative, confidence to share expert opinions.
Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
Regular reliable attendance.
Travel up to 10% of the time.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a retail pharmacy setting, pharmacy operations, or similar.
Advanced degree (preferred).
Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $46,988.00 – $112,200.00.
