Overview The US Card Site team is seeking a Product Manager who has a passion for delivering innovative customer experiences. This role will be responsible for the customer experience for Capital One’s pre‑approval tool, which matches customers to products they are eligible for, taking the fear out of applying for credit cards. As a product manager on the Card Site team, you’ll be partnering with Marketing, Business, Engineering, and Design partners to optimize the pre‑approval experience. This role will also work closely with platform partners to further invest in automated processes and tools enabling fearless code releases.

Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
Preferred Qualifications
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer‑facing digital products

Compensation Chicago, IL: $144,000 – $164,400 McLean, VA: $158,400 – $180,800 New York, NY: $172,800 – $197,200 Richmond, VA: $144,000 – $164,400
This role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
